What to compare before you switch

1. Where the conversation happens. Creators answer faster on the channel they use every day. Some tools keep you inside TikTok messages; others add email, WhatsApp or SMS in one inbox. If your creators are in Brazil or Mexico, WhatsApp matters a lot.
